My sincere apologies for this embaressingly laggy post. It's been 2 weeks since Crossborders, but hopefully the after-effects of good company, yummy booze and awesome music still tingles in all your veins.
Harmacy from Ipoh and Thai imports Apartment Khunpa took over Laundry's humble stage and simply blew the crowd away!
Harmacy opened the night with their quirky brand of indie rock. Heavily influenced by the likes of Dinosaur Jr., Sonic Youth and The Pixies, these boys came with their very own clan of Ipoh-rock supporters who showed their love with rebel yells they peppered throughout their set!!
Apartment Khunpa then hopped on stage and rocked out.. Bangkok style! Their hiphop influenced funky rock sound makes even the most uptight want to let it all hang and bust a funky move. Their album Romantic Comedy is out, so take a click trip to their myspace to find out how to score yourself one!
His strap said "Police Line, Please Do Not Cross"
Reza Salleh and his protruding pink tongue. He he.
Irman and Hani striking a pose
They remind me of adorable rugrats!!
Hani is hungry (hee hee)
